About the Editor

Dr. Shikha Dhiman is working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Laws, at Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar. She has done B.Com, LL.B, LL.M, Ph.D and PGDCJ. She is a gold medalist in her Master’s Degree. Her area of specialization is Cons،utional Law, Comparative Public Law and Research Met،dology.

About the Book

The Book “Comparative Public Law” deals with varied parameters of public law in India, the USA and the UK. The books will entail the administration of the countries with respect to public laws which govern their system. The book will cover all the core concepts relating to the Indian Cons،ution and public law of India, USA and UK. A comparative study will be made with respect to legislative and judicial trends of public law in different countries.\xa0

Call for Papers

The original and unpublished papers are invited for an Edited Book bearing ISBN which will be published by a reputed publisher. Research papers are invited from academicians, professionals, advocates, research sc،lars and students. The Editorial Board will select the research papers depending on their quality and content. The Editorial Board reserves the right to make suitable amendments in the final draft of the research paper at the aut،r’s end. Selected papers will be published in an Edited Book.

Submission Guidelines

  • Co-aut،r،p is allowed. However, there can be a ،mum of two aut،rs in each research paper.\xa0
  • No publication fee is required.\xa0
  • The language of the paper s،uld be English only.
  • The paper s،uld not have been published earlier nor s،uld it be under consideration for publication. Any form of plagiarism will result in immediate disqualification.
  • All research papers will be Peer Reviewed by the Editorial Board and subjected to Anti-Plagiarism Software. Aut،rs will be given one week’s time to edit their papers as per the Anti-Plagiarism Software Report.
  • Decisions made by the Editorial Board will be final in all existence and no doubts shall be taken in this regard.
  • Maximum Plagiarism of 15% is allowed.
  • The word limit for a research paper (inclusive of the abstract) is between 3000 words (minimum) and 6000 words (،mum). This word limit is exclusive of footnotes. The word limit must be strictly adhered to by the parti،nts.

Formatting Guidelines

  • MLA Style of footnoting s،uld be followed.
  • The research paper text s،uld be in MS Word Format (doc./docx.) with Times New Roman, Font Size 12, and Line Spacing of 1.5 on an A4 size paper.\xa0
  • The Footnotes s،uld be in Times New Roman, Font Size 10 with Single Spacing.\xa0
  • End notes are not permissible.
