And Anna Spoerre of Missouri Independent reports that “Missouri Supreme Court rules amendment legalizing abortion will remain on ballot; The court ordered Secretary of State Jay Ashcroft to tell local election aut،rities to put Amendment 3 on the Nov. 5 ballot.”
